Yes! Delivery to all addresses within the Cane Bay community is free. Outside Cane Bay, we deliver across the Charleston/Summerville area for $1 per mile from our location in Cane Bay, Summerville, with no delivery fee cap. Deliveries over 8 miles are available on Fridays and Saturdays only. Delivery outside these areas is available only for large events. Please submit an event inquiry to arrange it. Enter your address while ordering for an estimate; we confirm the exact fee with your order. Pickup is always free.

Yes! Every box includes a color palette choice plus a "your colors" note, and for full themes (weddings, birthdays, showers) our custom order questionnaire is the place to start. We've piped everything from "Positano summer" to "the summer I turned 15." Send photos of linens, invitations or a mood board and we'll mix buttercream to match. Your chosen colors are for the flowers themselves; every cupcake already comes with piped green leaves.

Please know our cupcakes are made with wheat, eggs and dairy (milk, butter, cream), in a kitchen that also handles soy and nuts. If you or a guest has an allergy or restriction, email us before you order and we'll talk it through honestly before you commit.

They're best enjoyed within 2-3 days, and they stay fresh for up to 5 days stored in the refrigerator. If refrigerated, bring them to room temperature 45 minutes before serving so the buttercream softens.

Please arrive at the pickup time you select with your order; it is a commitment, not a suggestion. We hold your cupcakes inside for a 20 minute grace period, and after that they are left outside in a cooler for you.

For Half Dozen Blooms or A Dozen Blooms: cancel more than 72 hours before your date for a 50% refund. Within 72 hours we can't refund at all, because your flowers are already being made. Large custom event orders work a little differently: they're refundable up to 50%, and not refundable within 2 weeks of the event.

Yes! Every petal is piped with delicious Swiss meringue buttercream: no gum paste, no wafer paper, nothing to pick off. The whole flower is the frosting.

Fully booked means our production capacity for that day is spoken for. We can't make exceptions, but nearby dates often have room, and the calendar shows every open day. If you are inquiring about a large event, please reach out if your date shows all booked up and we will try to make arrangements for you.
